Welcome to Bike Stories. By accessing or using our website, purchasing a membership, purchasing a gift membership, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. About Our Service
Bike Stories creates and delivers physical mailings featuring true stories from cycling history and culture, together with collectible vintage-inspired postcards.
The Bike Stories Mail Club is designed to provide members with a series of physical mailings throughout their membership period.
2. Membership
A Bike Stories Mail Club membership is purchased as a prepaid annual membership unless otherwise stated on the website.
The membership currently includes:
- 8 Bike Stories mailings
- 8 collectible postcards
- Approximately one mailing every 45 days
Delivery timing is an approximate schedule rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Production, postal services, holidays, weather, and other circumstances may occasionally affect delivery timing.
3. Gift Memberships
Gift memberships are intended to be purchased for another recipient.
The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate recipient information required for delivery. Bike Stories cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided during checkout.
4. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Prices displayed on the website are the prices applicable at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order or membership can be processed.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, availability, or other errors on the website and to cancel an order where an obvious error has occurred.
5. Physical Mailings
Bike Stories mailings are physical products created for members.
Minor variations in printing, paper, color, layout, postcard design, or presentation may occur due to the nature of physical printing and production.
Such variations do not necessarily indicate a defect.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We make reasonable efforts to prepare and dispatch mailings according to the membership schedule.
Once an item has been handed to a postal or delivery service, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
These may include postal delays, incorrect addresses, customs procedures, weather, transportation disruptions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
7. Returns and Refunds
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, purchases of Bike Stories memberships and physical mailings are not eligible for returns or refunds once the order has been processed.
Where an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect, Bike Stories may determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
